Takes about 10mins for steam to build up. I tested it out last night and it will definitely get you sweating. I used the highest setting to get the full effect and I recommend using the highest setting because although it made me sweat I feel like it could have been hotter. So using the lower settings probably won't do much. So overall it's great to relax and burn calories the chair it came with was able to hold my 6ft 300lb frame. It is a little cramped but again it's a one person sauna. So for me it worked out great I used it for about 20mins and I believe I could have gone longer with the water that was still left. Easy set up and take down great one person sauna.

Stick with it! It's not instant magic, but with regular use (I do 15 to 20 minutes a day), you'll start to see and feel the changes.Use eye protection, especially if you're sensitive to light.If you're on the fence, I'd say go for it. It's an investment, but it's one that pays off in ways I didn't even anticipate. Highly recommend!
