The icedragon red light therapy belt is great, the size fits perfectly. It’s comfortable and easy to put on and can easily be worn on different parts of your body. I find it helpful for bloating.I am happy with my purchase and I would recommend it the Icegragon to my friends.

This red light belt has transformed my back. Once stiff and always inflamed, after a few weeks using the belt it feels completely healed. I like how versatile the pad is for different body parts too.

This sauna works better than I could have hoped for it’s super easy to use and it is honestly amazing. It takes about 10 minutes to get up to temp and the remote allows you to adjust the temperature and the timer while you’re in the sauna. If you’re an athlete or work a physically intensive job I highly recommend you get this product it really is a game changer.

I'm a week into cold plunging in this Cold Pod and so far so good. Easy set up, fills quickly and a breeze to drain (drain extender included)!Super happy and feel great all day! Energy has been great! Also came with nice packaging and instructions!

Well, it does what is says it will do, and that's getting hot and steamy. However, the directions were a bit janky. But the pictures were easy to understand. And the L.E.D lights didn't have any instruction on how to install them. It took me a few tries to run the lights and zip tie them to the frame for a correct run. All in all it's not bad for the price.

Awesome product, excellent price. The only thing I would change is the chair.

The product itself is good but does give off a plastic smell Iwas hoping to avoid. The only downside is the instructions are terrible. Luckily everything is fairly straightforward. The directions somehow make it harder than just guessing.

I do like the sauna a lot it works great couple things that I would change would be really the port to connect the machine to make the steam could be better. Also wish there was more info about the infrared light strip and installing. All and all love this. I’ve used it almost everyday. Would love to talk to designers to see if I can help with the next model/version

Product works great! The only reason I’m not giving this a 5 is because it was missing an important piece for assembly and I received the wrong ice bath. The product itself functions well and with proper use can generate quite a bit of heat. The red light is a nice edition and I’m interested to see what benefits it will provide, I would definitely recommend this product as it seems like the best you can get in this price range ($250-300)

It does the job. Like they say you get what you pay for so don't expect it to be perfect. For the price it is nice. You will sweat 😅

Did not come with red light as stated in description and is missing a few connector pieces. Was able to fix it myself and it works. The tub it comes with is the smaller one. It has a hook up for a chiller, which is cool. Not sure how long it will last, as I can see light through much of the zipper seems. So far, so good :-)

Poor instructions on how to use. Made several attempts to contact for more info and received emails with vague response.

The instructions were lame and terrible...I reached out many times. I would return the product but did not know i only had thirty days. The part that touches the skin is very itchy and not a protective cover as others have.
