It comes with a foldable chair to sit comfortably, and it spacious enough to stand if you prefer. The steam machine works great. Just add water and you are good to go. For an added touch of luxury I add a cotton ball or a sponge with a few drops of essential oil inside to enhance the spa feel and smell. I really enjoy my spa-like experience in the comfort of my own home. This portable steam sauna is great for anyone looking to relax, especially after a workout, at home.
Takes about 10mins for steam to build up. I tested it out last night and it will definitely get you sweating. I used the highest setting to get the full effect and I recommend using the highest setting because although it made me sweat I feel like it could have been hotter. So using the lower settings probably won't do much. So overall it's great to relax and burn calories the chair it came with was able to hold my 6ft 300lb frame. It is a little cramped but again it's a one person sauna. So for me it worked out great I used it for about 20mins and I believe I could have gone longer with the water that was still left. Easy set up and take down great one person sauna.
A nice budget sauna for the home or any place you want to take it. I like that it has a frame that can be assembled and dissembled easily for transporting. It has a thick insulated outer cover. It keeps the hot steam inside fairly well. The steam machine is simple to operate. Just add water to the proper level, secure the lid and turn it on. The entire sauna house and steamer is pretty lightweight all together. Works pretty well for a budget sauna.
The 3L steamer produces consistent, soothing steam that helps ease my sore muscles after gardening or tending to animals. Setup is remarkably simple - I can have it ready in under five minutes, and the included chair is surprisingly comfortable for extended sessions. I love that the remote control lets me adjust the 15 different steam levels without having to exit the sauna. The entire unit folds down compactly when not in use, which is crucial for our limited space - I store it easily in our hallway closet between uses. Not much bad to say its simple, decent construciton considering the tent like structure and the steamer works great just make sure to treat it with care to prevent burns.
