All of your orders from icedragon will be delivered stright to your door. You don't need to pick it by yourself.

We aim to handling and ship orders out within1-3 days(72 hours)because of extremely high demand. please be patient with us while we send you tracking details. shipping times above are working/business days. Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the next working day. Some products are not shipped in one package, such as ice bath bundle: chiller & tub, they are shipped separately. If you only receive one package, it is not because we sent it by mistake, the remaining packages are still on the way.

This depends on the type of product you purchased: Red light products do not require assembly, they can be used after being connected to a power source. Ice bath chiller require water pipes to be connected (water pipes are included as accessories in the product). Water Tubs & Simple sauna rooms require you to assemble the entire process manually, and you can install them according to the instructions we provide, which are simple and safe.
