At IceDragon, we are committed to delivering high-quality wellness products backed by dependable customer support. All our products come with a limited 1-year warranty from the date of delivery, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
What’s Covered
1. Ice Bath Products
- Structural damage or leakage not caused by misuse
- Zippers, seams, and inner linings under normal use
- Drain valves, plugs, and inflators (manual or electric)
2. Portable Steam Sauna
- Malfunctions of steam generator or controller
- Heating element issues
- Tent frame or zipper defects under normal handling
- Fabric tearing or electrical cable issues not due to misuse
3. Red Light Therapy Devices
- LED malfunction or burnout not caused by drops or water exposure
- Power adapter or control panel defects
- Wiring or circuit issues under proper usage
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not apply to damage caused by:
- Misuse, abuse, accidents, or improper maintenance
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage
- Commercial or rental use
- Improper storage (e.g., exposure to extreme heat, cold, or moisture)
How to File a Warranty Claim
To file a claim, please email us at service1@icedragon.club with the following:
- Order number
- Clear photos or videos of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
We will respond within 48 business hours to verify your claim. If approved, we’ll send you a replacement part, full unit, or a repair solution at no additional cost.
Additional Notes
- Customers are responsible for return shipping if required for inspection.
- Warranty coverage is valid only for purchases made through official channels (icedragon.club or authorized retailers).
- Please report any damage from shipping within 7 days of delivery for immediate resolution.
