At Ice Dragon, we stand behind the quality and performance of every product we sell — from our cold plunge tubs and portable steam saunas to red light therapy devices and recovery accessories. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, our return and refund policy is here to help.
Countries Eligible for Returns
We currently support returns from the following countries:
United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, and other countries listed on our shipping policy page. If your country is not listed, please contact our support team to confirm eligibility.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of placement for a full refund. Cancellations requested after 48 hours may not be accepted if the item has already been processed or shipped.
Return Eligibility by Product Type
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Once approved, we’ll provide you with a return address based on your region.
Do not ship items to our warehouse addresses without approval — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days of receiving your return.

Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged products. If your item arrived damaged, please contact us with photos and your order details within 10 days of delivery.
Product Conditions That Void Returns
We do not accept returns under the following conditions:

Ice baths that have been filled with water
- Steam saunas that have been used or show signs of heat/dampness

Red light therapy devices that have been opened or used
Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or non-compliance with care instructions.
Missing or Split Shipments
Some orders may ship in multiple packages. If you only receive part of your order, please allow 1–2 extra days.
All missing item claims must be reported within 10 days of delivery.
Warranty Coverage
We offer a 1-year limited warranty on all products, covering:

Structural defects
- Leaking seams (for ice baths)
- Electrical failure (for red light devices or sauna generators)

Warranty excludes accidental damage, wear and tear, or improper use.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking confirms delivery but you haven't received the item:
- First, check with neighbors or your local courier.

If not resolved, contact us. We'll help investigate and may offer a replacement or refund depending on carrier resolution.
