1.Prepare the Area: Ensure your skin is clean and dry before use. Avoid applying lotions or oils.
2.Position the Belt:: Place the light panel 6-12 inches away from the targeted area (face, back, legs, arms, etc.). Sit or lie comfortably.
3.Turn It On: Power on the device and select the desired light intensity or mode.
4.Relax & Enjoy:Let the red and near-infrared light penetrate the skin for 10-20 minutes per session. Use 1-2 times daily for best results.
5.Aftercare:Once the session is complete, turn off the panel and store it properly.

after much research I finally decided to get this to try out red light therapy before investing in something more substantial. I just received it but first impression is its great quality, nice digital timer and controls on the side, built in fan & I appreciate that it comes with the stand and metal wire hanging kit. will update again after continued use.
My cats are indoor cats and rarely get direct sunlight. Having this red light therapy and the warmth that comes from it really entices my cat. I read studies of some benefits of red light therapy, shows lots of promise. I paid a lot for this and so they will have to share this with me. :)
Have tried other recovery protocols: cold showers, grounding mats, breathwork, but I can safely say that red light has the most noticeable effect of all!
The red light is very powerful, your can feel it when it turns on. Keep at a safe distance to avoid dry skin. I use it after night bath and then drink collagen peptides before going to bed. Few weeks later, I feel my body is more robust. Swimming is lot faster than before. Red light is effective. It can with a goggle, a remote and something than can hang on the door. But if you prefer to place it straight on the floor, please be sure to place on a flat place and keep it stable!
This has several settings & a timer. Happy to do this in the comfort of my own home rather than drive to a clinic 20 miles away. I just use it every other day to soothe my sore muscles. I think my skin is softer because of new collagen. Hopefully it can boost my immune system too.

Yes, it can be used on the face to improve the condition of the facial skin, but it is to be recommended to use the red light mask for facial therapy and to avoid prolonged direct contact with the red light, which may cause discomfort.
How should I use my red light?
How should I use my red light?
As a general rule of thumb, we’ve found that 10-20 minutes per treatment area at a distance of around 8”-14” for deep tissue or 16"-24" for superficial facial skin therapy on bare skin with a max of 2-3 treatment areas per day to be a great average usage guideline for basically all applications. We recommend using light therapy at least 3 to 5 times a week for optimal results. We would suggest to start slower/farther at first and then work your way up to the closer distance/longer exposure once your tolerance to the light has been found. We also do recommend caution with using the NIR array on any areas of the body that may have pre-existing hyperpigmentation concerns as this type of light may aggravate this condition. We recommend to use red only on these areas.

Eyewear is not required; it's optional. Your eyes are not accustomed to the red light, and red light may appear very bright. For this reason, we recommend closing your eyes or wear goggles. If you have any concerns, consult your trusted healthcare provider.

The human eye can only see wavelengths of light up to 760nm on average. red therapy uses a wavelength of 810nm&830nm&850nm for the near-infrared LEDs, that a naked human eye oannot observe.

Near-infrared light at 850 nm is not visible to the human eye. It penetrates deeper
tissue, leading to benefits like increased reduced joint pain and muscle recovery.
