This is a perfect tub to start you cold plunge journey! It is easy to use outside and when it gets too cold, it fits nicely in the corner of our garage! Works well for all family members.We have had this for a year! It has been used 2-5 times a week for a year and has held up very well!!
We've had this for a couple months now and use it regularly. It was easy to assemble and the size is perfect. So far we have not had any leaks. The bottom does get VERY slippery if it's not drained and cleaned regularly. Other than that it's great!
It is very cool product with a high quality ice bath, it is good for home use and camping , fast shipping and good value . It is very good to use after you work out . Great !

We recommend that you can change water once a week.
When you drain the water from your ice bath, to extend the life of your next fill, we recommend washing the inside surfaces with warm soapy water.

Simply use a hose-pipe, a bucket or container, and add room temperature water. Once filled to approximately 70% full, you'll be ready for your first dip!
Later, we recommend adding ice or ice packs to reduce the temperature further. Our Pods are insulated top, bottom and sides, so will maintain the water temperature for longer than you'd expect!

DO NOT USE if you are: - pregnant, have heart disease or high blood pressure, have diabetes, complications such as neuropathy or retinal damage, you wear a pacemaker, history of frostbite, have an open wound, had recent surgery, epilepsy or any other health concerns or risks.
Using an ice bath can dramatically decreases your body core temperature. The immersion in cold water constricts blood vessels and slows the flow of blood around the body, which combined with health complications, can cause your blood pressure to rise and give you a higher chance of cardiac arrest or stroke.

The most noticeable side effect of an ice bath is feeling intense cold, but other side effects of staying in an ice bath for too long are: - hypothermia, frostbite, tachycardia (fast heart beat), arrhythmias (abnormal heart beat), allergic and anaphylactic shock.

Despite the potential side effects and warnings, using an ice bath correctly actually has many health benefits! We will always recommend you begin by spending no more than a few minutes in the ice bath, and slowly working you way up to the recommended time, never push your body beyond its limits.
