How do i clean it?
Always keep the lid on when not in use, to help prevent anything falling in!
We recommend that you can change water once a week.
When you drain the water from your ice bath, to extend the life of your next fill, we recommend washing the inside surfaces with warm soapy water.
Can i use it indoors & outdoors?
Yes, you can use the ice bath tub indoors and outdoors. When you don't use in outside, please close the lid.

Side effects
The most noticeable side effect of an ice bath is feeling intense cold, but other side effects of staying in an ice bath for too long are: - hypothermia, frostbite, tachycardia (fast heart beat), arrhythmias (abnormal heart beat), allergic and anaphylactic shock.
