Icedragon Portable Steam Sauna Kit is ready to use in 3 simple steps.
1) Follow the instructions in the package to Assemble the thickened steel frame (be careful not to hurt your hands) and sauna heat insulated tent, which takes about 10minutes.
2) Once assembled, pour distilled water into the 3L safe steam pot-start, within 15 minutes, steam will flow into the tent..
3) Step inside, sit down, and experience the vast benefts of heat steam therapy.

1. Unplug and let the sauna cool, then wipe the interior with a damp cloth and mild soap.
2. Empty and rinse the steam generator, descaling with vinegar if needed.
3. Leave it open to air dry completely to prevent mold. For extra freshness, disinfect occasionally with a natural spray like diluted tea tree oil.

This portable sauna is good bit larger than some others I've seen which I like. I'm 6‘1“ tall and I like to be able to change position and cross my legs or lean back to relieve back pain that builds when I hold a position too long. Some portable saunas really force you to use a single position but this one is more flexible. It’s pretty easy to assemble but there are quite a few connections so it‘s not something you can just fold up in a minute. It runs off a 1O00W steamer which is not a lot of power so it could even be run off an inverter and battery or a power bank while camping next to a cold river or lake you could jump in between sauna sessions. At home, it’s great paired with a cold plunge pool. The system works well and creates hot steamy temperatures that will make you sweat. It includes a sweat absorbing mat to soak up all the sweat which I guess is okay but seems like it might get a little gross after a while. I prefer to use a large absorbent towel on the floor that I can easily launder. Overall it‘s a reasonably priced portable steam sauna that unlike others actually gives you room to move a bit inside. For that reason alone I‘d recommend it above most I‘ve seen.
The sauna arrived quickly. It was very easy to install, it also comes with a chair and bag for easy storage! Fit perfectly in my small space at home. Perfect to break a sweat at the comfort of your own home right after a workout, or even just to detox the body. I would recommend to everyone at it has many benefits for the body and health over all
This portable home sauna works ell once it is heated. I love using it to meditate and relax and relieve stress at home. It is very easy to set up and break down. It is also easy to clean and maintain. My only complaint is that it can take a while to warm up, but once it is warm it does hold it's temperature. Since I suffer from Rheumatoid Arthritis, this sauna is great to warm myself up and gives me a lot of comfort even if it takes a little time to warm up.
I really like this home sauna, The LED red light has a very strong visual impact.. It heats up pretty quickly, but to really enjoy the heat I needed to stand up in it since the steam was always staying towards the top. It's a pretty nice little set up, and very affordable.
I'm using this full size Portable home sauna for my personal use in my guest house home spare room. The sauna is built from a strong and durable material. I feel that the price is reasonable for the product I received. The Portable sauna is simple to assemble and easy to keep clean. I like the size, not feel claustrophobic.
